Weimaraner Rescue Thinking of getting a Weimaraner? If you want the challenges of keeping ahead of the fearless "gray ghost", and your daily activities can include your dog, you may be suited to the Weimaraner. He loves kids and is used to being a member of a family. Where's a great place to start...consider rescue. 'What IS rescue anyway? There are many wonderful Weims who are not puppies
any longer who are also looking for good homes. They have been displaced from
their original homes for a variety of reasons--divorce, health emergencies, etc
and are now in the Weimaraner Rescue program and are looking for a new home. Posted 10-6-06 - Adopted!
Meet Lily. She is a 7 year old beautiful girl. Lily has been kept outside the last two years before she was given up to rescue. Before that there is not a lot of information. Lily is now back indoors and is a real sweetheart. Shows no aggression toward people or other dogs. She is housebroken and likes to bark a little when her people leave. She also knows some obedience and we are working with her daily. She is very eager to please and likes to play, eat and sleep on her big fluffy dog bed. For information contact Jeff Reinert or click here.
